By using our products, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

When you register or use our services, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and other contact details you voluntarily submit.
Location data
Our GPS tracking and fleet management services collect real-time vehicle location data, route history, and movement logs. This data is collected only from devices and vehicles explicitly enrolled in the tracking service by authorized account administrators.
Device information
We may collect device identifiers, operating system version, app version, and crash reports to maintain service quality.
Usage data
We collect information about how you interact with our application, including features accessed, session duration, and error logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
Service delivery
To operate, maintain, and improve our IT services, including GPS tracking, ERP systems, and network management tools.
Communication
To send service-related notifications, technical alerts, maintenance updates, and respond to your support requests.
Security & compliance
To detect and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse of our systems, and to comply with applicable laws.
Analytics
To understand usage patterns and improve application performance and user experience.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your data
IT System LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Service providers
We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Technical safeguards
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for data in transit and secure storage practices for data at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Authentication
Our systems use JWT-based authentication with bcrypt password hashing. We recommend enabling strong, unique passwords for all accounts.
Incident response
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Retention period
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Location tracking history is retained for up to 12 months by default, configurable by account administrators.
Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at partner@itsystem.mn. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Residual data
Some data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for analytics and legal compliance after account deletion.
6. Your Rights
Access & portability
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
Opt-out
You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Location permissions
Location access on your mobile device can be revoked at any time through your device settings. Note that disabling location permissions will limit GPS-related features.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users via in-app notification or email, and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
